Hi im 16 yrs old and when I saw the movie "When Harry Met Sally" I had to have this car if you've never seen the movie the beginning scene has this car and I love this car so much and I been searching google for days trying to find a used Datsun for sale that was in my price range that didnt need work and that was close to me so i'd be able to have one of my parents drive me to get it. I live in Florida so if anybody knows anyone with a Datsun that doesnt need a lot of work, maybe if they wanted to set up a payment system that would be nice as well and it can be any color because I love this car so much. Please e-mail if you know anybody who is selling theirs with those requirements. Thank-you!

Great pics from the Mitty. Thanks for sharing. We had a great time and wished there had been more time to spend with all the Datsun folks, but racing our yellow #33 Datsun 510 kept us too busy. Our red street Datsun 510 also came out in a few pics. http://www.moyamotorsports.com

I am interested in getting a 510, I am just not sure which year I am going to get. I am looking forward to attending the event at Road Atlanta.

Went to the Mitty last year. I would love to make it in 2010 but with fuel prices where they are I don't know. I use my motorhome and tow my 510 on a trailer to use when I get to a destination, but at seven miles to the gallon in the motorhome---------

The East Coast Meet has been a part of my life for the last 12 years, consecutively, and it's so much fun that it's become my Annual Vacation. The people that come each year have become part of my Family. I highly encourage any new ( or old ) 510 owners to come and met with us - we have a great time. I'd love to see this Annual meet grow to twice the size it's currently grown into from whence Mark Grimsley Founded. The "East Coast 510 Meet" is over 12 years old, and has become "the" vacation weekend for large group of regular 510's and 510 owners. Show up at the next gathering with your 510 - and tell us your story! Long live the Datsun 510 - long live the SPEC510MEET ! Keith 510

I have a 1971 two door VG30-powered five lug 510 engineered by Keith Bailey and Robert Edwards using the Dave Carroll (sp?) conversion kit including motor mounts, custom ceramicoat headers and 7 quart competition oil pan. Wheel assemblies from a 1987 Nissan 200 SX. We will be hosting a 510 Day cruise and cookout in May 2010. All 510s are invited, other Datsuns are tolerated... ; )
